HOW DO I GET ENTRY TO MY UNIT?

HOW DO I GET ENTRY TO MY UNIT?
With Storama Self Storage, you can enter the facility and your unit using just your mobile phone. On your move in date, you will receive an email with instructions on how access the gate. It will require you ringing a Spanish number or using our app whenever you are nearby the site. If you are in any doubt we recommend moving in on a week day, where we can be reached on the phone for any queries.
WHY WON’T THE GATES/DOORS/UNIT DOOR OPEN FOR ME?
On your move in date the phone number provided on the booking will be added to our automatic gate system. If you are trying to ring the gate on a different number to the one on the booking, the gate will not open. If you need more than one number adding to the gate, please contact us on 965 026 000.
WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?
Both our sites are open accessible 24/7. Our phone lines are open Monday - Saturday, 9am - 5pm
WILL THERE BE ANY EMPLOYEES ON SITE WHEN I ARRIVE?
Unless you have previously arranged to meet a member of our team on site, it is unlikely there will be any employees on site when you arrive.
IS THERE ANYONE ON SITE TO HELP ME UNLOAD OR LOAD MY STUFF?
While employees are sometimes on site, you should always plan to unload and pack your items yourself.
HOW CLOSE CAN I PARK TO MY UNIT?
You will be able to drive up to your unit and park directly outside. Please be aware that other clients will be accessing the site at different times and to not block any units or be aware of their presence.

Not at the moment but we are happy to recommend local companies that do.
CAN I BOOK ONLINE?
Yes you can. Simply follow the online instructions and you can complete your booking.
CAN I BOOK BY PHONE?
Yes, though it will take longer and the lowest available prices are online.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE THERE?
You can pay using any major debit or credit card.
CAN I CANCEL BEFORE I MOVE IN EVEN THOUGH I’VE SENT YOU MY PAYMENT DETAILS?
Yes you can. To cancel your booking, either log in to your account online, or call us on 965 026 000. You will not be charged if you cancel before your move in date.
CAN I CHANGE MY PAYMENT CARD?
Yes you can. Log into your StoreStuff account, click on 'View Payment Details' and add a new card.

I WANT TO MOVE OUT AND/OR CANCEL FUTURE PAYMENTS. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
The quickest way to move out: Log into your Storama account online and cancel. If you require any assistance, call us on 965 026 000.
I WANT TO MOVE OUT IMMEDIATELY. CAN I GET A REFUND ON PAYMENTS MADE TO DATE?
You can move out at any time. However, payments are made monthly in advance and are non-refundable.
